THE PRETZEL BOARD
A warm soft pretzel served with cheddar port, Point Reyes bleu cheese, smoked Gouda, table grapes, honeycrisp apple slices, prosciutto, capicola, Marcona almonds, honey mustard, and onion jam.
CONEY SKILLET
As a celebration of the 250th anniversary of our nation, we partnered up with American Coney Island, based in Detroit, for this All-American dish. Farm fresh scrambled eggs, sliced Detroit Hot Dogs, aged Cheddar, American Coney Island sauce, diced onions.
ANTIOXIDANT SALAD
Local mixed greens, broccoli, blueberries, strawberries, orange segments, white beans, corn, sunflower seeds, red onion, yellow pepper, radish, Fustini's blueberry vinaigrette.
